An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Double-Sided One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 39 1/2" [69 x 100 cm]) (Learn More) Gimme Danger, the 2016 Jim Jarmusch rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) music documentary ("The story of The Stooges"; "Long live the Stooges") featuring Jim Osterberg (Iggy Pop), Ron Asheton, Scott Asheton, James Williamson, and Steve Mackay. The Stooges, also known as Iggy and the Stooges, were an American rock band formed in Ann Arbor, Michigan from 1967 to 2016. Playing a raw, primitive style of rock and roll, the band sold few records in their original incarnation and gained a reputation for their confrontational performances, which often involved acts of self-mutilation by frontman Iggy Pop. The Stooges were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2010. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this one-sheet measures 27" x 39 1/2" [69 x 100 cm]. Also note that this is a double-sided poster. From the 1990s on, movie posters were often made in double-sided versions (for use in light boxes). If we do not note that a poster is double-sided (as this is), then it is single-sided.
