An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Italian One-Panel (known in Italy as a "2 Fogli") Movie Poster (1p; measures 39" x 55" [99 x 140 cm]) (Learn More) The Outlaw Josey Wales, the classic 1976 Clint Eastwood Civil War cowboy western ("...an army of one.") starring Clint Eastwood (in the title role as Josey Wales), Chief Dan George, Sondra Locke, Bill McKinney, John Vernon ("as Fletcher"), Sam Bottoms, and Will Sampson NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Roy Andersen Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and smudges, small tears, and tiny paper loss in the left half of the top foldline, with minor wear on the other folds. It had some smudging in the lower left blank border, which is a minor printing defect, and smudges in the white background areas, and a light black horizontal line in part of Eastwood's forehead, and those also appear to be minor printing defects. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Learn More about condition grades
