Legend of the Water Flame, the 1990 Akio Jissoji Japanese Yokobue flute musical concert ("Yokobue - The World of Michiko Akao"; "At the sound of the flute, a legend awakens, the mythic quest for timeless beauty and eternal life begins anew.") featuring Michiko Akao ("Yokobue flute"), Kayo Shiraishi ("actress"), and Yasunori Yamaguchi ("percussion") that was held by Akao Michiko Jimusho at the Vario Hall in Tokyo, Japan on April 2nd to the 4th. On September 1st and 2nd it was held by the Japanese American Cultural and Community Center at the Japan American Theatre in Los Angeles, California. On September 6th through the 8th it was held by the Japanese Society at the Lila Acheson Wallace Theatre in New York City, New York. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that this is a rare Japanese "B1" poster that measures 28 1/2" x 40 1/2" [72 x 103 cm]! "B1" posters are FAR more rare than "B2" posters (which measure approximately 20" x 28 1/2"), and because they are larger (similar in size to a U.S. one-sheet), they are more impressive when displayed on a wall!
