Note that director/star Orson Welles was married to Rita Hayworth, and he co-wrote this screenplay as a way for him to star opposite her! Also note that this movie was originally filmed in 1946, but it was not released in the U.S. at that time. It was finally released in France in December 1947, and at that time, U.S. posters were printed with 1947 NSS numbers, but it did not finally open in the U.S. until 1948! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had small paper loss at the top center crossfold (in the red background area) and tiny paper loss at most other crossfolds. It had tiny tears and tiny bits of paper loss scattered down the right vertical fold and on the middle horizontal fold. It had a lesser amount of wear on the folds in the top section of the poster and it had small tears and tiny paper loss in the folds in the bottom small section.
