An Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More) Una Merkel was a stage and screen actress from the 1920s to the 1960s (in the 1920s, she was a stand-in for Lillian Gish, who she slightly resembled). Some of her movies include: On Borrowed Time, Destry Rides Again, The Bank Dick, Bombshell, 42nd Street, The Merry Widow, With a Song in My Heart, Summer & Smoke (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), and the Parent Trap. She passed away in 1986 at the age of 82. Important Added Info: Note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: good to very good. The still has slightly darkened. There is very slight rippling in the bottom border, due to exposure to moisture, and someone wrote Merkel's name in pen in the right of the bottom border.
