He is best known for his work in movies including: North by Northwest, Rounders, The X-Files, Crimes & Misdemeanors (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Tucker: The Man & His Dream (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), The Majestic, and for his starring television role in TV's "Mission: Impossible" (he and his wife, Barbara Bain, left the show after three seasons). He won a much deserved Academy Award for his portrayal of Bela Lugosi in "Ed Wood"! Landau passed away in 2017 at the age of 89. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION has been personally autographed (signed) by Martin Landau! It was acquired directly from Martin Landau's estate, prior to it being prepared for an auction. We don't know how Mr. Landau acquired this, but we would think that the studio provided him with the image and that he signed examples of this for friends or fans.
