Richard Nixon was a politician from the 1940s to the 1970s, and was the 37th President of the United States from 1969 to 1974. His second term was marred by the Watergate scandal, and Nixon was forced to resign, the only President who has ever done so. He was later the subject of the movies Nixon and more recently Frost/Nixon. Nixon passed away in 1994 at the age of 81. Note that the items in this lot are from the 1970s.
