If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had some creases and smudges along parts of the folds. It had pinholes around the edges, some of which were enlarged, with some stains in the middle of the right blank border. It had grease pencil writing on the back of the top center that bled through in the "A" and "D" of the title. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Note that the restorer left a tiny bit of excess linen around all four sides of the poster (they left a small border in order to protect the poster from handling damage, but they did not leave a larger border, to allow it to more easily fit in a frame).
