If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had paper loss at the crossfolds, and creases, tiny tears, and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of several folds. It had pinholes, tears, and paper loss around the edges. There was paper loss in the bottom right corner that eliminated most of the NSS number. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects, plus, the restorer needed to recreate the NSS number, and they guessed at what was there, and they put a very wrong one in that area ("45/184" instead of "55/88"; see our image). Of course, this could be corrected by any other restorer without re-backing the poster. Learn More about condition grades
