Jedda (released in the U.S. in 1956 as "Jedda the Uncivilized"), the 1955 Charles Chauvel Australian romantic Aboriginal melodrama ("Filmed in color against a never before seen background of grandeur!"; "Filmed in Color deep in the brooding savage expanses of an unexplored country!"; "The magic of the native mating call was stronger than the habits of civilization!"; "The drama of a girl torn between civilization and the call of her native instincts."; about an Aborigine girl in Australia who was raised by white people who had adopted her, but as a teenager, she has a mysterious need to go "walkabout", which Aborigines had done for hundreds of years, and she explores her past and her present life) starring Wason Byers, Margaret Dingle (an Aborigine girl, as Jedda at 3 years old), Willie Farrar, Tas Fitzer and Ngarla Kunoth (an Aborigine girl, as Jedda as an adult)
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned this Australian program book once before! Also note that this is a "country of origin" item for this Australian movie! Note that this program contains an unclothed woman, so we have placed a white bar over those areas, for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual poster does not have those white bars! Also note that we have pictured the front cover and an interior 2-page spread from this program.

Condition: very good. There are a few creases and faint stains around the edges of the front cover. Otherwise, the program is in pretty nice condition!
