Komsomol vouchers were issued to men and women who volunteered for important construction projects and that the bearer "at the call of the Communist Party and the Soviet government expressed a voluntary desire to selflessly work at the most important construction sites and industrial enterprises in the eastern and northern regions of the country." What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny creases along all the folds, with some extra creases in the left and right of the middle fold. It had a few small tears in the borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
