Theaters would order this poster, which had a large blank area for the title of the film being shown. Sometimes the studio would overprint the stock poster with the title of a specific movie, and sometimes they sent a series of large paper snipes with the titles of specific entries of the series, so the theater could paste in each snipe as needed, thus getting many posters for the price of one. This stock poster includes a large blank snipe area in the center, as well as the art depiction of a wagon and horses at the bottom and a cowboy on a horse at the top.
