Robinson, both as the scientist he portrays and as a scowling tough guy holding a pistol, which was somewhat deceptive, but likely sold more tickets! Also note that Italian posters from the first few years after World War II are among the most rare posters there are! Apparently, there were still major paper shortages in Italy, and few posters were printed, and most were recycled. This is an extremely rare first release Italian poster from 1947. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had a quarter-sized area of paper loss at the middle crossfold, which fell in Robinson's shirt on his shoulder. Otherwise, the poster had pretty minor fold and border wear.
