An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded French One-Panel "Grande" Movie Poster (1p; measures 45 1/4" x 62" [115 x 157 cm]) (Learn More)

Cassius le grand (literally translates to "Cassius The Great"), the 1964 William Klein French sports boxing documentary short featuring Muhammad Ali (apparently covering his fight with Sonny Liston). Note that William Klein made documentaries, many dealing with black African American celebrities. He made this movie in 1964 in France (it was his second movie after a short called "Broadway By Light" that he made in 1958). In 1969, he made a feature-length documentary film about Muhammad Ali called "Float Like A Butterfly, Sting Like A Bee", but that movie is essentially a two-part film, covering two different Ali fights, and it seems extremely likely that the first part of that film is simply this movie (but we could not find confirmation of that on the Internet).
