Date Sold 2/21/2013 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 17 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More) the international theatrical release of The Karate Killers, the 1967 Barry Shear martial arts action spy spoof (adapted from episodes of the TV series "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.") starring Robert Vaughn (as Napoleon Solo), David McCallum (as Illya Kuryakin), Curt Jergens, Herbert Lom, Telly Savalas, Terry-Thomas, Joan Crawford (billed as "Special Appearance [by] Joan Crawford"), and Jill Ireland. Note that this TV series (inspired by the super popular James Bond movies) was one of the most successful ever in the history of TV, and it was SO successful that a feature film was made from the pilot episode and distributed internationally in movie theaters, and that movie did so well that an amazing seven more similar movies (compiled from different episodes) were released internationally as well!
