Cannonball, the 1976 Paul Bartel trans-am (trans-American) illegal automobile car racing sports comedy action thriller ("The annual trans-American outlaw road race - a cross country demolition derby without rules!"; "See the pile-up of the century!") starring David Carradine (in the title role as Coy 'Cannonball' Buckman), Bill McKinney, Veronica Hamel, Belinda Balaski, Archie Hahn ("as Zippo") and Robert Carradine (strangely, he is not billed on the posters for this movie, even though he is the star's brother)
