An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Three-Sheet Movie Poster (Learn More) Our American Boys in the European War, the 1916 silent World War I (WWI) Red Cross American Ambulance Corps. medic military documentary ("Americans working under a hot rain of shells!"; "Giving succor to the wounded day and night."). Note that the posters we have seen from this movie (one-sheets and three-sheets) have the words "Victor White Ambulance Driver" printed in a lower corner of the image, and we have seen two posters (one one-sheet and one three-sheet) that had a snipe glued over the "Victor White" that says "VICTOR TARDIEU". Victor Tardieu was a French artist who volunteered for service in World War I and worked as a medical orderly. We imagine that this art was attributed to him along with a note about his duties, but somehow his last name was changed. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
