Clarke & Stanley Kubrick) starring Keir Dullea, Gary Lockwood, William Sylvester, Daniel Richter, Leonard Rossiter, Robert Beatty, Douglas Rain (as the voice of "HAL 9000"), and Margaret Tyzack. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Bob McCall Important Added Info: Note that we know this poster is not from 1968, because it does not have "Cinerama" on it. It is also not from 1969, because it has CIC as the distributor, which did not begin until 1970. We strongly suspect it is from 1972, when this movie had a major re-release in the U.S., and it would make sense that it would have also had a major re-release in France (and it seems unlikely they would make an 8-panel poster for anything less than a major re-release). We have never auctioned this poster before, or any French 8-panel poster from this movie, and it would certainly look incredible if put on public display! Note that this French eight-panel measures 118" x 155 1/2" [300 x 395 cm]. Also note that this French eight-panel was printed in 8 sections designed to overlap. Condition: very good to fine.
