An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Half-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 22" x 28") (Learn More) Count the Hours (released internationally as "Every Minute Counts"), the 1953 Don Siegel crime film noir ("Strange things happen in the night!"; "As bold as the murder that sparks its shocking story!"; "Uncounted Thrills!"; "More Shocking than Murder!"; "Screenplay by Doane R. Hoag") starring Teresa Wright, Macdonald Carey, Dolores Moran, Adele Mara, and Jack Elam NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and one of the following is true: either the poster had very minor defects, and was well backed, OR it had more significant defects, but they were extremely well restored, OR it had some minor defects that were not completely restored, and are somewhat noticeable. You can tell which of the above is the case for this particular poster by reading our "pre-restoration" description and also by looking at our "super-sized" image of the actual poster (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information about linenbacked posters to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). The poster had the poster had much wear along both foldlines and some diagonal creases coming off of the vertical foldline near the top center and bottom center of the image. The poster also had pinholes and staple holes around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking.
