They were the hottest guys in town."; "Based upon the novel by Richard Price"; about teenage boys in the Bronx) starring Ken Wahl (as Richie), John Friedrich (as Joey), Karen Allen (in her third movie role!), Toni Kalem, Alan Rosenberg (as Turkey), Tony Ganios (as Perry), Linda Manz (as Peewee), Dolph Sweet (as Chubby Galasso), Olympia Dukakis, William Andrews (as Emilio, Joey's dad), Dion Albanese (as Teddy Wong), Farrel R. Tannenbaum, and Erland van Lidth (an immense Dutch opera singer who made a handful of very memorable appearances as the ultimate bad guy, including as "Terror" in this movie, his first movie role, and as "Grossberger" in "Stir Crazy") NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. REMEMBER TO LOOK AT THE TOP OF THIS AUCTION TO SEE HOW MANY STILLS ARE INCLUDED WITH THIS PRESSKIT, BECAUSE WE NEVER PICTURE MORE THAN EIGHT OF THEM (and we pretty much picked eight stills at random). Condition: very good to fine. Many of the presskits we are auctioning this week were carefully stored away for many years, and the stills are in really excellent condition.
