NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Bob McCall Important Added Info: Note that very surprisingly, given that we have auctioned literally thousands of items from this classic movie, we have NEVER auctioned a presskit from it! There is also something very unusual about this. The cover of the presskit, which has different coloring of the space wheel (which we have never seen on any other advertising, and we have an image of it alone and with the stills) is clearly from the U.K., because it has "From Associated British Cinemas" printed at the
bottom of the cover. But the program book (7 1/4" x 16") and "Facts for Editorial Reference" studio guide (7" x 9 1/4") are definitely from the U.S (they have "Printed in the U.S." on them), and the 5 stills are likely from the U.S. as well (though the snipe on one does use the UK spelling of "travellers" so they could be English). So either U.S. materials were distributed to U.K. theaters in the U.K. pressbook, or someone added U.S. materials to an empty folder. Since we have never seen another of these English presskits (or any presskit from this movie), we don't know which is true. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: very good. The presskit cover and the interior materials have pretty minor wear (see our images). Learn More about condition grades
