Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was never folded, but it has a large number of creases and scuffs scattered throughout, with some tears around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. Linenbacking has greatly lessened how noticeable the creases and scuffs are. It displays well from a reasonable viewing distance, but from very close up, they are apparent. Please bear this in mind before bidding on this extremely rare poster. Note that the restorer left a tiny bit of excess linen around all four sides of the poster (they left a small border in order to protect the poster from handling damage, but they did not leave a larger border, to allow it to more easily fit in a frame).
