An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) The Man From Galveston, the 1964 William Conrad Texas cowboy western ("The man who brought law and order to the Lone Star State!") starring Jeffrey Hunter, Preston Foster, James Coburn, Joanna Moore, and Edward Andrews. Note that this film was originally shot as the pilot for the TV series Temple Houston (with Hunter in the title role) but released theatrically instead (with the main character's name changed) after changes in cast and characters made it unusable for the series. This movie is only 57 minutes long, reminiscent of 1940s "streamliner" films, which were between a short and a feature in length. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds, pinholes around the edges, and some tiny creases and smudges along the foldlines.
