John Lennon was an English musician, singer and songwriter from the 1950s to 1980. He rose to worldwide fame as one of the founding members of The Beatles. He also had a few screen roles (mostly with The Beatles) in films such as A Hard Day's Night, Let It Be, Yellow Submarine, and Help! Of course, Lennon also had a successful solo career, as well as advocating for peace with his wife Yoko Ono. Sadly, he was assassinated in 1980 at the age of 40 by a fan, who is still incarcerated for Lennon's murder today.

Important Added Info: Note that this English news photo measures 7" x 9 1/4" [18 x 23 cm].

Condition: good to very good. There is a small tear near the center of the left border. The news photo has slightly darkened except for a vertical area in the lower left background. Otherwise, it is in nice condition!
