Fashions of 1934, the 1934 William Dieterle fashion designer romantic musical comedy ("The screen's first laugh extravaganza - songs & music"; "Warner Bros' fashion extravaganza with music"; about a fashion designer who goes to high class French fashion shows and photographs the latest fashions with a hidden camera so that he can make cheap knock-offs of them, and he ends up putting on his own fashion show) starring William Powell, Bette Davis, Frank McHugh, Hugh Herbert, Verree Teasdale, and Reginald Owen. Note that the musical numbers were created and directed by Busby Berkeley.
