An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked International Style A One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27 1/4" x 39 1/4") (Learn More) There's a Girl in My Soup, the 1971 Roy Boulting English romantic love triangle comedy ("M'mm M'mm Good!"; "Watch Goldie stir things up."; "Peter's Love Life Was a Smorgasbord... Until Goldie Appeared On The Menu!"; "Screenplay by Terence Frisby Based on his original play") starring Peter Sellers ("He loved ALL the good things in life!"), Goldie Hawn ("She was willing to learn HER way!"; in her third credited movie role!), Tony Britton, Nicky Henson, and Diana Dors. Some of the posters feature a spoof image of Campbell's Soup and the classic slogan, "M'mm M'mm Good!" NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an "international" style one-sheet (meaning it was printed in the U.S. for use in non-U.S. countries). Note the lack of a ratings box and NSS information. Also note that for this international release, the distributors of the movie went with a completely different image, dropping the "Campbell's Soup" image of the regular U.S. one-sheet (perhaps they thought that Campbell's Soup was not recognizeable in several parts of the world?). Condition: good to very good. The poster was folded in half an extra time and there was fine surface paper loss on parts of some foldlines (typical of high-gloss posters of this period). There was a thin horizontal area of paper loss in the left of the lower part of Hawn's dress. The poster measures 27 1/4" x 39 1/4", which probably means that some of the top and bottom blank borders was neatly trimmed off. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects, and the restorer did not add in the possible missing portions of the blank top and bottom borders.
