Arabella, the 1984 - 1985 German stage play production (based on the musical comedy by Richard Strauss) which was held at the Stadtische Buhnen in Osnabruck, Germany. Note that this poster features art of a woman with wild hair by Waldemar Swierzy. It was commissioned by German theater director Dr. Erdmut August who also created what may be the world's largest international theater poster archive with holdings of 16,000 different posters by many of the world's leading poster artists.
