Some of his movies include: Gigi, North by Northwest, Cimarron, Mutiny on the Bounty, and How the West Was Won. In a single acting role he portrayed General Dwight D. Eisenhower in The Longest Day, specifically because he bore a great resemblance to the general (and later president)!. He passed away in 1983 at the age of 76.
