the 1960s double-bill release ("Two girls about to be women!") of Whistle Down the Wind, the 1962 Bryan Forbes English religious crime thriller ("Today's hottest young star in her newest... and by far her greatest") starring Hayley Mills, Bernard Lee, Alan Bates, Norman Bird, Elsie Wagstaff, and Diane Holgate AND Jungfrukallan (released in the U.S. as "The Virgin Spring"), the classic 1960 Ingmar Bergman Swedish rape-revenge-by-father melodrama ("Now complete for the first time"; "New York censor cuts restored"; won the Academy Award & Golden Globe for Best Foreign Language Film) starring Max von Sydow, Birgitta Valberg, Gunnel Lindblom, Birgitta Pettersson, and Axel Duberg. Important Added Info: I can't speak for anyone else, but this is one of the more bizarre movie posters I have ever seen! Some marketing moron put these two movies together, and then added the tagline "Two girls about to be women!", apparently never having seen either movie, since in the one, Hayley Mills befriends a man she believes to be Jesus Christ (and there is no sex there!), and in the other, Birgitta Pettersson befriends two men who brutally rape and kill her, so the bizarre tagline is about as politically incorrect as one could imagine!

Condition: very good. The poster has minor fold and border wear. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition and it displays well!
