Date Sold 12/21/2021 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 8 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (LCs; measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Behemoth the Sea Monster (released in the U.S. as "The Giant Behemoth"), the 1959 Eugene Lourie & Douglas Hickox English/U.S. dinosaur science fiction (sci-fi) monster horror thriller ("The biggest thing since creation!"; "The biggest thing since time began!"; "Special Effects Designed and Created by Jack Rabin, Irving Block, Louis DeWitt") starring Gene Evans, Andre Morell, John Turner, Leigh Madison, and Henry Vidon NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good to very good. Card #4 has tiny pinholes in each corner and in the center of the creature's chest. There is a tiny black dot stain in the border art at left. Card #8 has some creases around the edges (especially in the outer top right blank border edge) and a faint, partial diagonal crease over the image of the creature. Card #6 as pinholes in each corner and some torn pinholes at right (see our image) and a tiny torn pinhole in the left border art. Card #3 has two very faint partial horizontal creases at left but they are not very noticeable or distracting and otherwise the card is in excellent condition. Card #2 has a partial horizontal scuffs in the creature's face in the left border art with some tiny surface paper loss. It is otherwise in generally nice condition. Card #1 has some slight discoloration at upper center and card #7 has some at lower left (and the left edge has slightly darkened). The cards are otherwise in pretty nice condition and they have no tape whatsoever on the front or back, and they never have had any restoration of any kind! Learn More about condition grades
