The Libbey-Owens-Ford Glass Company used the Old Man Winter personification to promote their new storm windows, and the campaign was launched in conjunction with the U.S. Government in an effort to keep domestic fuel consumption low and conserve it for the war efforts. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: very good to fine.
