An Unfolded German Travel Poster (measures 18 1/4" x 27" [46 x 69 cm]) (Learn More)

Festungsweihe Heimatfest Coburg, the 1924 German travel poster promoting the September 6th to the 8th celebration for the restoration of the Veste Coburg castle in Germany. The project apparently took 15 years, and the celebration included parades and various ceremonies. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Artist: F. Minsel (spelling?)

Condition: good. The poster has light staining in the top and bottom one-third (see our image). It also has some partial horizontal creases and some tears and small paper loss in the left border.
