Floodgates, the 1924 George Irving silent businessman-vs-townspeople melodrama (from the story by Lillian Case Russell; about a lumber mill owner who buys up a bunch of farmland from local citizens, intending to flood the entire town once he builds a dam for his mill, but the people learn of his scheme, and his crippled daughter is almost killed) starring John Lowell, Evangeline Russell, Jane Thomas, Ivy Ward, F. Serrano Keating, and William Cavanaugh

Important Added Info: Note that first release 1924 movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we received this lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Note that this lobby card has been trimmed and it now measures 10" x 13" [25 x 33 cm].

Condition: fair to good. All the borders were trimmed off. There is a small piece of tape on the back of two corners.
