And the man she DID marry!"; about an American girl in Paris who is courted by a rich old count, a dastardly rich married man, and her true love; they all end up together on a sea voyage, and the old count not only rescues her, which paralyzes him, but he also shoots the married man who attacks her, but she still ends up with her true love) starring Virginia Valli, Lloyd Hughes, Stuart Holmes, Marc MacDermott, George Fawcett, and Vera Lewis NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. But it has been laying completely flat for many many years, and we strongly advise letting us send it in a tube, rather than folding it! Condition: good. there are stains, smudges, creases, and tiny tears around the edges of the poster; there is a light layer of staining and smudging over the entire poster but is mostly only noticeable in the borders and the white background areas; there are many horizontal creases throughout the poster. Note that this was one of a group of 24 daybills from the 1920s and 1930s that were found together. All have significant condition defects, but many are quite attractive and some may well be the only (or one of a few) surviving examples! But please read the condition descriptions closely and do not bid on any of these 24 posters unless you can accept their defects or are willing to have them restored!
