a lot of 12 issues of Independent Film Journal magazine, one of the exhibitor magazines of the 1940s on. It was very similar to Box Office, and was a competitor to it, and in addition to major studio releases, it also highlighted movies that were not made by the major studios, and each issue was filled with ads for new releases, plus lots of stories and information relative to those movies. Note that the items in this lot are from 1953.

Measurements: 9 1/4" x 12 1/4"

Condition: good to very good. Most were lightly folded down the middle at one time and most have some minor wear around the edges.
