And then they fought like seven hundred..."; "The Matchless Seven...The Might Seven 'The Magnificent Seven'!"; "Seven... and they fought like seven hundred!"; a remake of the Japanese Akira Kurosawa classic, "The Seven Samurai"; about a Mexican village terrorized by bandits and they hire seven professional gunfighters to defend their town, by literally giving them everything they have of value) starring Yul Brynner (as "Chris Adams"), Eli Wallach (as "Calvera"), Steve McQueen (as "Vin"), James Coburn (as "Britt"), Charles Bronson (as "Bernardo O'Reilly"), Horst Buchholz (billed as "Introducing Horst Buchholz"; as Chico), Robert Vaughn (as "Lee"), Brad Dexter (as "Harry Luck"), Rosenda Monteros (as "Petra"), and Vladimir Sokoloff (as the "Old Man") NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: I don't know if it was intentional or not, but I would bet anything that the scene on card #8 is a candid shot of five of the top stars sitting at a table taking a break between scenes! I have no idea if this was done intentionally, or by accident, but you almost never see lobby cards that have scenes that are not either directly from the movie, or posed shots of the stars! Condition: good. The card at the bottom right of our image has a 6" reverse L-shaped tear in the top right corner that was repaired with tape from the back. The card in the bottom left of our image has horizontal scuffs in the bottom half of the image, and smudges and stains in the right 4", and many pinholes in the corners.
