What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had smudges and scuffs above the top horizontal fold and some to the left and right of the top half of the vertical foldline, with a lesser amount of wear on the other folds. The top 3" and the bottom 3" were folded back at one time, and there were staple holes around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking.
