Raymond Nye, Eddie Polo, and Tom London NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this slide looks to be black and white, but actually it is not! All of the writing on the slide is actually white paint! Since it was scanned in a scanner, the white paint was opaque and appears black on the white background. You somewhat can see how the slide actually appears in the photograph below our scan. Also note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
