Action!"; "Mitchum in action!"; "She's tempting in a penthouse and dangerous in a bordertown dive!"; "Screenplay by Charles Bennett"; about a doctor who falls in love with a girl who has attempted suicide, but doesn't find out that she's married until they become romantically involved) starring Robert Mitchum, Faith Domergue ("latest star discovery of Howard Hughes who brought you Jean Harlow and Jane Russell"; "Hollywood critics call her the screen's most exciting new star!"), Claude Rains, Maureen O'Sullivan, Charles Kemper, and Ray Teal

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that the color photo at the left of this paper banner was printed on a separate sheet and then attached to that area of the banner (this was commonly done with paper banners, and some 30x40s and 40x60s of this period). It allowed the studio to have a full-color image as part of a much larger poster, but without the expense of having the entire poster printed in full color. This is how the poster was created.

Condition: very good. There is a 1" tear near the middle of the left border, with several creases down the left 2" of the poster. There is some scuffing in a vertical line down the right orange border. The rest of the poster has only a few smudges and scuffs, less than is commonly seen in paper banners of this era.
