An Unfolded Double-Sided French Advertising Poster (measures 47" x 69" [119 x 175 cm]) (Learn More) Chanel No. 5, the lithograph art prints first created by Andy Warhol in the 1980s (and used well into the 1990s) for the famous Chanel No. 5 perfume. Warhol created four variants in two sizes (apparently, many commercial versions were created and sold in the 1990s after Warhol's death, but those were different sizes). From the 1990s on, movie posters were often made in double-sided versions (for use in light boxes). If we do not note that a poster is double-sided (as this is), then it is single-sided. Note that the image on the reverse is a mirror image of the image on the front! Note that this poster(which is NOT linenbacked) ships in a very long tube (at least 33" long, but possibly 50" long or more). Therefore the shipping for this poster will be more than that for a poster that ships in a tube 32" or shorter, and possibly much more. ALSO, IT CAN'T BE COMBINED WITH LINENBACKED POSTERS, ONLY WITH OTHER NON-BACKED POSTERS. Please bear this added shipping expense in mind before bidding on this poster. You can tell how long of a tube this poster needs to ship in by looking at the shorter dimension of its length and width and then adding 4" to that (so a 47" x 63" poster will need to ship in a 51" long tube). Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has a faint vertical crease running down the left side of the perfume bottle, just to the left of the title box. It is not very noticeable and other than the tiniest of tears in the upper right border and some small creases in the top center, the poster is in pretty nice condition!
