If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair. The poster had paper loss in the left of the lower credits area, extending into John Wayne's neck. It had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some creases and small tears along parts of the folds, with pinholes around the edges. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer did not address the surface paper loss described above (or it occurred after the poster was backed). Either way, it is a very significant defect, so bear that in mind before bidding on this poster. Learn More about condition grades
