An Original Vintage Unfolded Dutch World War II Poster (measures 27 1/2" x 43 1/2" [70 x 110 cm]) (Learn More)

Holland: The Home of a Free People, the 1945 U.S. World War II (WWII) war poster ("No Surrender!") featuring Winfield art of a soldier with a Dutch flag tied to his rifle while people flee a burning town in the background. Note that this poster was printed in the United States, likely after much of the Netherlands was liberated from the Nazi Germany occupying forces.

Condition: fair to good. There are some creases and tears of varying lengths around the edges of the poster (some repaired with tape from the back) and there are several creases and scuffs scattered throughout the artwork. There is a 7" tear in the lower edge and a 14" tear in the upper edge that have been repaired with tape from the back. Please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid.
