An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Half-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 22" x 28") (Learn More) No Highway (released in the U.S. as "No Highway in the Sky", but also released in the U.S. under its original English title), the 1951 Henry Koster English airplane aviation disaster thriller ("Nevil Shute's great novel"; "Based on the novel by Nevil Shute"; "Screen play by R.C. Sherriff, Oscar Millard & Alec Coppel") starring James Stewart (Jimmy Stewart), Marlene Dietrich, Glynis Johns, Jack Hawkins, Janette Scott, Elizabeth Allen, Ronald Squire, Jill Clifford, and a lot of uncredited actors, including Kenneth More, who played the co-pilot of the plane that crashed! Note that Janette Scott is best remembered for her starring role in "Day of the Triffids" in 1963, which was immortalized in the lyrics of the song from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" that says "And I really got hot When I saw Janette Scott fight a triffid that spits poison and kills." She divorced her first husband and married Mel Torme in 1966, which pretty much ended her career, as she quickly had two children. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
