A Set of 2 1970s Re-Strike 16" x 20" [41 x 51 cm] Stills (Learn More)

MGM 1943 Studio Portrait, the 1943 still featuring MGM stars of the day (including Katharine Hepburn. Spencer Tracy, William Powell, Lucille Ball, Mickey Rooney, and many more) as well as studio boss, Louis B. Mayer. here. A knowledgeable collector tells us that this photo was taken for the 20th Anniversary of MGM Studios and ran as a centerpiece story in LIFE magazine's September 23, 1943 issue.

Important Added Info: Note that these stills (which measure 16" x 20" [41 x 51 cm]) were likely printed in the 1960s or 1970s, most likely using the original negatives. They are high quality. The originals of these stills were made in 1943, or very close to that date (because several of the male stars are in their WWII uniforms).

Condition: very good to fine. There are some creases and scuffs in the re-strike of the logo. The other one with all the stars is in really nice condition!
