Green silent romantic adventure comedy ("by Rex Beach"; about the wild son of a wealthy father whose father adopts the extreme solution of having his son shanghaied and sent to Panama in the hopes it will make a man of him, and after many adventures, it does, plus he wins the heart of the daughter of one of the country's leaders!) starring Thomas Meighan, Lila Lee, Gertrude Astor, John Miltern and George O'Brien. Also, note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). This slide is the kind that has two panes of glass that are taped together with black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of many older glass slides. We have provided a high quality scan of the image, but we have not taken a photo of the slide, because there would really be very little to see! Condition: good to very good.
