An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) The Blue Gardenia, the 1953 Fritz Lang romantic crime murder film noir ("This was the clinch-and-kill girl they called 'The Blue Gardenia'"; "There was nothing lily-white about her!"; about a woman who gets a "Dear John" letter from her soldier boyfriend overseas, and she goes out with a charming cad, and he makes moves on her, and she kills him in self defense and runs away, and then discovers the police are searching for her as the "Blue Gardenia Killer", named after the flower she left behind) starring Anne Baxter, Richard Conte, Ann Sothern, Raymond Burr, Jeff Donnell, Richard Erdman, George Reeves, and Nat 'King' Cole ("Introducing the new mood melody 'Blue Gardenia'") NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good. tiny bit of surface paper loss in Conte's cheek; minor separations at the crossfolds; pinholes in each corner small piece off the upper right corner; this poster is in better condition than the above makes it sound, but please do not bid unless you can live with these defects or are willing to have it restored This one-sheet is in "lesser" condition (what many dealers would describe as "good" or "good to very good", or in the case of items with more serious defects, which should be easily seen on our large images, "fair")!
