THE PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT THIS BOOK AT THE VERY FIRST WERE GIVEN AN EXTRA BONUS, WHICH WAS A "PORTFOLIO" WHICH HAD FIVE 8" X 10" FULL-COLOR REPROS OF FIVE OF THE CARDS FROM THE BOOK IN A PRINTED SLEEVE.
