Note that this movie is only known by film buffs, but it is considered a very important Mexican horror movie. It launched the "new wave" of Mexican horror, exemplified by the works of Jess Franco and his contemporaries!. Also, based on a newspaper review and theater ads, the movie had a limited release in the U.S. in 1955. The review calls it The Revived Monster (El Monstruo Resucitado), but all of the theater ads that we found used only the original Mexican title. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
