Note that this movie featured sensational "special effects" for its day, and had several wonderful sequences that looked like they required the building of massive sets, yet in most cases, matte paintings created the illusion of those massive sets! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Macario "Mac" Gomez Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and minor fold and border wear. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not very distracting (and a talented restorer could touch them up without re-backing the poster).
