Some of her movies include: Casablanca, Notorious, A Woman Called Golda, Spellbound, Murder On The Orient Express (winner of the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), For Whom The Bell Tolls (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), The Bells Of St. Mary's (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Autumn Sonata (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Joan Of Arc (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film; in the title role), Anastasia (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film; in the title role), and Gaslight (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film). She passed away in 1982 at the age of 67. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Ingrid Bergman! She inscribed the front, and on the back of the 4" x 6" still, she wrote apologetically, "I have no bigger photo!". The owner of the still thought it was great that she wrote this on the back, so they photocopied the back of the still and nicely matted the still side by side with the photocopy of the back so that they could be seen together from the front. The still is an original 1940s 4x6 deluxe still of Miss Bergman from Studio Vallois in Paris, France, and it can be displayed just as it is, or slipped into a ready made frame and displayed. Our consignor is a very longtime collector of movie paper who purchased this item years ago, and it was signed, but he doesn't know how the signature was obtained, and he (and we) believe it is likely that the autograph is authentic. Condition: good to very good. There are some crease marks scattered in the still. They are not very noticeable when it is viewed head on, but can be seen when it is tilted to the light.
